Learn to Skate Programs
At the Metcalfe Skating we have three programs for children learning to skate.
Parent & Tot (ages 2-3)
Pre-School Learn to Skate (age 3-4)
Learn to Skate (age 4+)
Lesson are Monday at 6pm and Wednesday 5pm & 6pm @ Larry Robinson Arena
These program are teaching the basic skating skills to help your child move on to different sports
Hockey and Ringette Power, Agility & Strength
We are passionate about improving your agility in turning, start up and edge work. Our goal is to make your skating skills more efficient so you are working smarter not harder. Being able to transition with flow and ease.

Community Involvement
At Metcalfe Skating, we're committed to giving back to the skating community. With over 26 years of coaching with the Metcalfe club, all of the coaches have grown up and still live here with their families. We are a proud organization that supports the growth and development of young skaters.

At Metcalfe Skating, we have been passionate about skating for over 50 years. It all started when our founder fell in love with the sport as a child and has since dedicated their life to sharing that passion with others. We are proud to have 6 amazing coaches that have grown up skating in Metcalfe and now are dedicated to teaching children in the community.
